流体による輸送現象は毛細血管から気象まで様々なスケールの問題に寄与します。本研究室では，流体による対流輸送に関する多岐にわたる問題に対して理論、数値解析、実験の面から取り組んでいます。 流れの制御、設計、予測スキームの構築により流れ場そのものをデザインする研究室です。

Fluid-driven transport phenomena play a role in a wide range of scales—from capillaries to atmospheric systems. We tackle various problems related to convective transport through theory, numerical analysis, experiments, and AI. “Fluid Design Lab.” reflects our aim to design flow fields by developing methods for flow control, design, and predictive modeling.
